By accessing firstlevelkayakingtrip.com (the "Site") or booking the Deep Mangrove & Canyon Kayak Tour ("Tour") operated by First Level Kayaking Trip ("we," "us," or "our") in Ao Nang, Krabi, Thailand, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book the Tour.
Tour bookings are made through third-party platforms, currently Viator and Tripadvisor. Booking, payment, and cancellation are subject to the terms of whichever platform you book through, in addition to these Terms.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the Tour's scheduled start time, with a full refund processed through the platform used for booking. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Kayaking and related outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to water hazards, weather conditions, and wildlife encounters. By participating in the Tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Sightings of wildlife, such as monkeys, are never guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, First Level Kayaking Trip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in the Tour. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the Site, including text and images, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
The Site may offer an AI-powered assistant to answer questions about the Tour. Information provided by the assistant is for general guidance only and does not replace the official booking terms on Viator or Tripadvisor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
